Default Extreme rich and misfiring?

Well Im kinda confused. Car is exact the same as it has been snce the time i went to ESP to tune it. Yet all of a sudden when i go over 10 psi i get a **** load of misfiring and the AFR is between 9.5 and 9.9 all the way to red line. And i cant even get to redline if i turn it above 10 psi. The AFR used to be 11.5-12.0 between 3k and 6k rpm's. It is also guzzling gas like its goin out of style. Got about 10 miles out of a 1/4 tank. Which usually nets me 80 miles. So there is a issue lol.
The only thing that i have changed is i took the exhaust off after the DP. Yall think that might be it? I really love the way it sounds now so i hope that aint it. I really dont see how it would be either. Ill prolly end up hookin it back up tomorrow jsut to see.
My bud has one of the snapon scan tools that will tell me everything that the computer is seeing. Im pretty sure that the ECU's retain thier tune even without power to them, but, will they have issues if they are driven till the battery dies cause i ahve to make it home? This all stemmed from the altenator shittin the bed so teh batt went and now i have a new batt adn alt.
Well i hope that yall can help me out!

John

well if the alternator wasn't good when the tune was done, you may now be getting a few more volts to your pump and such. the tuner may have overcompensated during the tune not knowing the pump wasn't seeing full voltage, etc....

so now that it is running fult tilt electrically , it is possible the tune is overly rich now.

just a guess....

Well i found some of my problem, the hose that goes to my inline pump was leakin. So i put a new one on with all the correct fastners and that solved alot.
Still haveing a problem though. When i get on it no matter what the boost level its poppin alot. The AFR is goin from 10.1-12.0 between 3k rpms and 5k. After 5k it keeps climbin and i didnt wanna see how far it went. It does this every time in every gear.
I have done nothign to the car since it was tuned by ESP about 2 months ago. I have tunred the boost up here and there BUT ATM i have it at the 10 to try to take any possibilities out of the equation. The engine is makin no noises that are bad until i get into it. At idle and under regular load sounds real smooth. Hope yall can help me out!

Popping out the exhaust or thru the intake?

Kinda sounds liek backfiring when it happens. It is through teh exhaust.
TR6's gapped at 32.
Liek i said i have changed nothign in teh car and all of a sudden it runs like ****. Do you think that the battery runnin right down to nothing adn the altenator dying could have any effect on teh ECU? Hope yall can help.

nah, it sounds like a vacuum leak. I blew my IAT sensor out "lol" you could probably imagine how that made the car run. check around and make sure everything is plugged. Is your boost consistant?

You might have just ate a set of plugs or wires. If the plugs are not getting a spark it won't make use of the boost and won't burn the fuel. Which is what will make the wideband read rich. Also. Is there smoke coming out of your crank case breather? Knock on Wood.
