Default I need a bigger turbo! Help me pick!

I obviously exhausted my 70trim T4 .96AR as you can tell on this last dyno session. I was pleased with how the car made power but it fell slightly short of my expectations. I stumbled across a slightly used GT42-74T 1.15AR. I guess my ultimate goals would be 800-850rwhp. A 74trim isn't a lot bigger than the one I was using previously, but the exhaust side is huge... Some input would be greatly appreciated!

T76GTS would be what i recommend.Or a PT88 but you may have too much lag with that for your liking...

I think I finally decided on the T-76OshKoshBgosh model.

What do all the letters behind it mean? and what AR do those turbos run?

How much power are you looking for?
I'd ask Jose@forced inductions for the best turbo to match your set up.

ive already talked to Jose about my motor and goals and power level and such and thats what he suggested to me.....since i drive the car regularly i dont want boost to kick in at 5000rpms!i think he's be happy with that choice....but shoot him a pm since they're terribly busy phone rings all day long.

T76GTS would be my choice just for the packaging of the turbo, this GT42 is just huge all over. But I saw that GT42 for sale...650 was the price right? Not a bad deal.

Like you said..... if its a 74mm turbo were the 76GTS is a 76MM turbo.........
That GT42 has a 94mm on the exhaust side (not all GT42's are the same.... they make 3 different ones..)...... not sure what the 76GTS has.....
Your going to make more power with that GT42 then you will with your current.... no duh.... right....
To me right now id be asking myself how much $$$ do i have and how much do i want to spend........ You can sell your current turbo and pay for that one....... Just a thought.....

I wanted to stay around $1k if possible. The GT42-74 sounds like the best bang for the buck. I wonder where I can find more specs on it?

They are similar is physical size, but the differences are
T76GTS 4inch inlet, 3 inch outlet...standard compressor cover..

GT42 5inch inlet A lot of trouble mounted low, 3 inch outlet that requires that gayass flange that consists of a aluminum flange and a clamp for 90 bucks. Other turbos you just slip a piece of silicone on and your are good. This flange also sticks out quiet a bit and comes close to the radiator support and radiator itself...on the pham kit, I had to clearance my radiator support so it would fit.

Hey Kyle or anyone, what size wheel do I have?
specs on my GT42 are
102mm 53 trim on the compressor side, 82mm 84trim on the turbine side? I was told 1100hp model, but that could've been a sales pitch.

Best bang for the buck, it might be but consider all the other little stuff to get this thing to bolt up. Compressor Flange and clamp set up, big *** airfilter and having to route a 5inch pipe somewhere...
