I was thinking the lingenfelter gt 2-3 was good one but now think the gt 7 is better.
I would maybe email lingenfelter and ask them. They do have a lot of experience with turbo cars after all..

Also look at the 2002+ LS6 cam.It works good with boost and is also inexpensive.

I believe cam selection is dependent on how much boost you want to run. If you want to run high boost with a T70, you'll probably need a cam that has more significant overlap than the stock cam. I think the extra overlap allows for the turbo to work more efficiently, since the valves will be open longer. However the trade off is your powerband will be shifted to the right, and at low speeds, reversion becomes a problem. You can probably get away with an LS6 cam and keep the car "streetable."

I've been told there's no such thing as a turbo cam. I figure it's some fancy term for camshafts that allow for more overlap. BTW, compared to us rotary guys, you folks use some huge turbos.

goobs right you may get more torque from another cam but you can also do much worse than a z06 cam.I run my z06 cam w/1.8:1 rockers.

now when you switch an LS1 motor the to the 2002+ LS6 cam, do you need to change the rockers and pushrod length as well?

No and No. Stock rockers will work fine and same with the stock pushrods. I would get some 918's for the exstra seat presure so you dont floot valves in higher rpms.

What are the specs of the stock cam vs. a ZO6 cam? What makes it a good FI cam? I have a restrictive Q.M.P. kit. I was planing on using my stock LS1 cam because I want good driveability. What cam can I go with that will stiff offer great streetability and allow me to run less boost at the same power level but also won't shake the car? I'm kind of looking for an old man cam for FI.

I thought I read the ls6 cam has a smaller base cirlce and the ls6 heads have slightly longer valves to compensate for the smaller base circle so if you put the cam in with ls1 valves wouldn't you need slightly longer pushrods?

Yes the LS6 has longer valve's to compensate for the base circle. Actually the Lingenfelter GT2-3 is supposed to have a smaller base circle than the LS6 cam as well. People have measured it and Lingenfelter has denied it. Not sure what length PR for either now?
