Default Which Wastegate / BOV ?

For an ***-mount T70 running 7# or so, what wastegate and blow out valve should I be looking for? I was looking at the Tial 44mm WG and 50mm BOV, what do you think? I know the bigger the wastegate has to be the lower boost you want to run. I don't need any boost spikes that will cause my 95k mile motor to pop. I can't afford to rebuild this motor yet, and am not willing to 1/2-*** my installation by buying crap parts, recommend away friends...

TiAL 44mm would be great, I ran 3lbs on mine and it worked out.

TiAL 50mm BOV will also do the job, and it will do it quietly, if you want a loud BOV this one is not for you.

We went with the Turbosmart 48mm WG and the Tial 50mm BOV for my new setup.

I have a Turbonetics Racegate sor sale, 42mm flows an assload and has never been mounted or used. Two of these WG's are what is on "Casper" fastest LSX based motor in the world so I guessing each one is holding about 900HP. Everything you need to mount and hook it up.

PM me if your interested

Go turbosmart 48 progate and for the BOV, if you want loud then go with the Megasonic. My one megasonic is louder then the 2 Tial 50's I had on the car. We love them....

I will have to get with you to order my MP T70, and other equipment I'll need to complete my project! =) Does the $599 for the MP T70 include the compressor housing, that seems awful inexpensive!

WOW, I'm def getting a T70, perhaps 2 MP T70's one for me, one for pops' 68 GTO 434ci Pontiac. It urks him knowing I'm faster than him, and he's always wanted to go FI. I'm def. gonna look into those wastegates and BOV's, I LOVE the super loud BOV's on 6 speed cars.

T3 is a no no. If you are going single, then T4 and no less.

I got the T4 .68AR T70 turbo, and purchased the Turbosmart Megasonic BOV tonight from you Jose. I will take your advice on the WG also, and go turbosmart 48mm, but I've already spent close to $1000 between the tubing, the turbo and the BOV so far this paycheck! =) Thanks for the advice, and hopefully these will work out for me. BTW, what spring(s) do(es) the wastegate come with?
