Received my sheetmetal intake

I ordered a sheetmetal intake from www.beckmechanical.com two months ago and it arrived last week. It's set up for a 90mm throttle body. The runner lengths are custom for my setup.

I need to source a 90 mm throttle body. Once I run the car some more as is, I will look to dyno the car with Beck intake and see what happens.

I'm open to doing a dyno comparo with a GMPP intake, so I might look around for one. I have an elbow sourced already. I'm just curious to see what the difference in curves might be.

GMPP intake is just an LS-6 intake correct? Or is this the 4 barrel modified for fuel injection?

If I were you I'd compare to the Victor Jr. Easier install with the stock-style gaskets and its 325 with inj. bungs already....less work.

Good point, the Victor Jr. would be easier to compare.

Anyone interested in comparing seen a comparison of the intakes on the dyno?

I don't plan to run a stock throttle body.

Yah I would dyno it with the current setup again just to reconfirm the numbers.

Car has a stock LS6 intake and a ported stock throttle body.

Might take you up on that, let me get the throttle body and start looking at the fabrication issues. Someone offered me an elbow so I need to contact him and see if the offer still stands.
