The Cerra kit was a very basic (and quite frankly ugly) Log manifold setup that made the QMP kit look like a work of art. This setup... while it looks like you will have to relocate many more items also is a much better design from a power producing standpoint.

Programming for the alternator?
I am pretty sure that if you swap out the alternator alot of things in the PCM need to be changed since the PCM monitors alt output and you need a specific unit for the C5. You'd lose alot of the PCM monitoring for voltage.
If it all fits I think its great.
