Default STS dyno @8.8psi, 100 octane, 140,000 stock motor

I went back for another dyno on a 100 octane(5gallons)with about 1/2 gallon of 91 left in the tank....I didnt know race gas changes a/f so dramatically...a week ago on 91 the a/f was dead on at 11.1 then on 100 octane a week later a/f was at 11.5 spiking to 13.0!!!....anyways after I got the a/f back to 11.1-ish and 17 timing the car started making nice power. The runs are from 5.5psi...7psi...then 8.8psi made the best power...I got no knock and I wanted to run more timing and boost but I had to be somewhere and time was against me...anyways cats will be gone soon then I will get another dyno..

I haven't seen 2 full points, but I've seen .5 to .75 of a point with race unleaded versus pump 91 octane.

Oh man, wait until you get the boost bug like me.

Different gas changes the tune due to the specific gravity of the fuel. I've noticed I lean out about .5 point when running most leaded fuel vs 91 octane. I always tune my car for 11.0.

P.S. My low boost setting is 10psi with a t76.
