fuel system for 600 rwhp?
1.fuel rails from ls1 speed or can i just gut the stock one?
2.42.5 lucas injectors or 42# green tops from ford or 50# msd's
3. stock pressure line up from the tank with or without an inline 255 on top of the walbro 340 in tank already, or designated return line or new pressure line and stock pressure line as the return line?
the in-tank pump is wired via relay directly to the battery, not running off the computer supplied voltage.
i have a feeling it can be done with the stock lines and stock rails.
you'll need atleast 42's
single intank is pushing it, i had to hotwire the pump and boost the alternator voltage to get enough fuel.
stock lines will be "ok" but bigger lines will ease the job of the pump.
My old system is coming out
what is the max rwhp for the green top 42#'s?
Details here: www.turbo-ws6.com/fuel.html
what do you want for the rails and lines (email me) and you mean you ran "them" at 95% capacity at 13 ps1.. the injectors or the fuel lines, i assume the injectors.

Man if i just had more cash
But i only want to make 500 to the wheels.
Right now any ways
OK I went with the LS1SPEED fuel rails for one simple reason. Damn easy to just throw those on. Boom...no more fuel rail issues. However you can get away with just modifying the stockers by losing the pulse damper between the two rails which can be a restriction. It's up to you on that one. But remember you still have the lines to deal with.

The 42.5lb injectors are fine as long as you have an external regulator that references boost. This does mean eliminating the one in the tank. Which is a good thing anyway since I'm a little worried about it being overwhelmed by the extra volume of the pumps your gonna want to run.

I would do exactly that. Use the stock feed line as the return. Run a new feed line off the 2nd pump.

Both the stock pump and the Walbros respond nicely to a voltage increase. Steve (Just Me) had a real nice setup that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Wire it up to a WOT switch and it should work.

Well.....I've seen plenty of people run over 500RWHP with them. 600RWHP could mean BOOM time.
Try it on a dyno first with the stock stuff and watch your fuel pressure. If it drops at all....back to the drawing board for ya.
Well anyway that's my two cents...
thanks for the response
say im running 2 255L pumps in series at like 17 volts and 70psi.. how much fuel will that flow? is there a maximum for the single stock pressure line or is there just a 'most efficient' one..
