I agree with Mighty Mouse...
10-12 psi is not that big of a difference.
HOWEVER, 9.5:1 is not recommended by professional race engine shops. 9.1:1 is the highest/safest compression ratio.
My votes is: whatever the PSI BOOST.. 9.1:1 compression!!!
