It will all vary, based upon all we've discussed above.

I'm just telling ya'll what the spec sheet that comes with the Installation Manual says.

Not that I know of, for the P-1SC and the D-1SC.

Be careful... at sea-level and no headers I was at 12 PSI of boost with the 3.2" pulley!

With headers, it dropped to 10 PSI, but I still had to keep TORCO in it or mix 100 Octane when I raced.

It may drop the boost down some more with the bigger cubes of the 422 and heads/cam change (I don't know). I'd be more comfortable running 7 or 8 PSI... 9 max.

Thx. I have the LS6 Intake, Super Long Tubes, True Dual, Hi-Flow Cats, ported TB.. also am cammed. I'm just guessing I'll see lower than full stock boost.

Whatcha think I'd see with the above & 3.20"?
May be signing a contract this week for a project that would cinch my D1-SC.

The specs came on a check-off sheet with my kit I bought last year. Things can and do change. I'm not doubting your information, just saying what I know.

I could post that page of the check-off sheet , if you like.

There is also different sizes in the 8 rib belt setup too. They make a 3.0 inch pulley also in 6 rib. I ordered a 3.7 inch 8 rib and they said it was a "12# pulley". I think my crank pulley is larger than the regular ATI kit, as I have the GWP stage 3 setup.

Jason did tell me if my boost dropped lower than I'd like after I get the GWP 422 motor, if I went to the 8-Ribbed pullies and belt, I could get a larger crank pulley to increase boost and control slippage.

I will probably be right at the limit of my D-1SC's capabilities with the flow of Kenny's 422. I'm glad I'm in the low-country, or it could certainly be a big challenge.

Good luck on your setup!

mike, yeah i talked to them today and they sent the 6 rib 3.0 pulley and oil to me. I was going to upgrade to the d1 and the 8 rib but with the 9-1 cr 355 that cartek is building im just going to save a little more and get the F1.
