do i need a fuel system? I have the 3.0 9 psi pulley on my p-1sc-h. I am now doing a 9-1 comp bottom end with je pistons and lunati rods. I have cartek stage 2 heads and cam. do you think i will need a fuel system of just an intank pump or what. thanks for the responses.

Re: do i need a fuel system? Id imagine you need some kind of fuel upgrade, injectors, booster pump or larger intank.

Re: do i need a fuel system? Thats about all you can get out of your injectors, maybe a little more. I think you'll definatly need a better pump system, for that kind of power. a dual intank or better yet a sump-gravity drain with an aeromotive pump.

Re: do i need a fuel system? I just talked to dave at cartek and they are doing a sump with a aeromotive 1200hp pump, 50lb injectors,5/8 line to the pump and 1/2 line to the fropnt of the car then modify the fuel rail to make it returnable with a fuel pressure regulator.

I saw a C5 7# burn up a piston in the first 2 days after install staying with the stock pump. It couldn't keep up.
Did you say a 3.00" pulley? I didn't know that was available. U sure you don't mean a 3.20" ?

Re: do i need a fuel system? ati said they have a 3.0 pulley for the blower. I have the 3.25 onit right now. i was only seeing 6 psi. with the 9-1 cr and the je pistons and stuff I think I might up to the d1.
