STS keeps blowing off a pipe and shredding couplers, HELP!!!

Yes he did. He got the pipes in, and we stopped over to a friends house who welded the beads on the ends of the piping. We clamped her back down, made some adjustments and been running 8psi with no issues, well except the blown converter...but thats a different story al together. Went from a previous best of 13.1 at 106, to a 12.02 @ 111 last weekend, and still has a lot more at this psi, but we need to get the meth working right. IATs are still 160* plus range, when ambient is only 72*.
