You can enlarge the downpipe as stated.
Move the wastegate to a proper location (close to the turbo, i wanted to move mine to the elbow above the turbo when i had the kit but decided to go complete custom)
enlarge the crossover tube
enlarge intercooler piping
bigger intercooler
Get a wastegate that is rated for what you are pushing (deltagate as stated on turbonetics site handles 400 hp) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />

Have you upgraded any of the peices with custom ones?</strong></font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">were working on it. im tring to upgrade my Xover to 2.5 or bigger right around the tranny (shorter distance). want the 3" DP but might have to wait till some one comes out with one.

Look at this the one on the right is the racegate. It has a anodized red ring on the bottom and is quite large.

If you measure yours you can see exactly which it is there is no guessing if it is a racegate as it is bigger.

The only thing the same in the new setup is the trans and turbos themselves <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
Shortblock: stock crank and block, crower billet 6.125" rods, JE 3.910 forged pistons with inverted dome for 8.7:1 CR, 1/16"-1/16"-3/16" C&A rings, clevite rod bearinds, Fed Mog. main bearings, Katech billet main caps. ARP heads studs. Comp 228/224 .540/.540 112LSA
Heads: ported 6.0L heads, 2.02/1.6 ferrea vlaves. '02 LS6 springs, retainers, keepers, etc.
Intake: home ported Holley w/ shortened runners. Big FMIC, 26x11x4.5 - dual 2 1/2" inlets single 4" outlet
clutch: RAM 402 plate, Mcleod rev-loc disc, Mcleod master cyliner
trans: fresh rebuild on T56 by D&D
Fuel sys: 98 style metal tank with rear/bottom mounted sump dual -8 pickups to -12 pump inlet. Aeromotive Pro-series pump (the silver one), -10 feed and return, Aeromotive 5.0L rails w/ custom brackets for the LS1, Pro-Series regulator, 96# injectors w/ low impeadance driver box.
