There are a few posts on LS1.com, 98mechaman has the new kit on his car and has pics and info on this. He and another guy were the prototypes. I got on the list of the 1st 30 when production starts up. Hope this helps.

Yes it is true. I am getting one and I also know smeone who has one in their 98 TA right now. He is getting 12 psi in his ARE 360 and there is one pulley smaller to go. I am having one put on my 382. Go to my web site and see. The place you want to call about this is:
Rocky Mountain Competative Research (RMCR)
2275 Waynoka Rd Suite E
Colorado Springs, CO 80915
phone: 719-574-0625

Ask for Mark. He designed the bracket and owns the shop. Tell him Chris sent you.

Oh yeah, didn't read all the post the first time. Yes, 98Mechaman and me. He got it before me as my motor is still being built. He told me he instantly gets 5 psi and it just goes up from there real fast. Mark is in the process now of having them mass produced. He had to hand make Mechaman's. Mechaman dynoed at 560 rwhp and around 540 rwtq with that thing. I am shooting for over 600rwhp.

no, those numbers came from an ARE 360. Same size injectors that came with the #9 kit. you may be able to see if vortech will switch. they did with RMCR.

how are you getting the t-trim? is it directly from vortech? and if so do they do trade ups? are those dyno #s from a stock motor? and stock compresion? and did you have to step up to bigger injectors? sorry about all the questions but im really interested.

I got the whole thing, brackets, upgraded fuel injectors (42#), T trim, and everything else that comes with the #9 kit minus the programmer for just over $5500.

The C5 S-Trim Vortech kits are starting to pop in T-Trims also.

These T-Trims don't have the SQ Impeller option, eh? They are really loud, right?

The T-Trim sounds great. Not loud at all. The G-Trim isn't up to task on these engines. Both the S-Trims and T-Trims flow more and are more efficient.

Jackyl_30: Thanks.
jhelms : I ve read a lot of broken head unit storys about Vortec in the past .So are they gonna put this head unit in their new kits? Or it ll be a option like Ati's D1SC?
Is this gonna be a direckt replacement for the older style kits? Or new brackets etc ?
