I am so pissed at ATI
You DO have a point. But it's not one that is definitive, since they have a written limited waranty, and they define the level of customer service.
Your time requirements are tight, but they are your time requirements, and ATI is giving the service they stipulated.
I feel bad for you, but I don't see that ATI is lacking in good faith here.

The most I've seen most companies think they may be responsible for because of their mistake is a "two-day" shipment. To get it any quicker, I usually had to pick up the extra for "next day".
Ironically, Golden West Performance is the only supplier in recent memory that I've had overnight me anything at their expense.
