First time at the track with my ATI kit

Im pretty happy with the results.

11.6 @ 126mph with a 2.0 sixty foot. It was my first time at the track with any car for that matter.

Your numbers tell me that there is better ET waiting for you as you learn to launch and/or get more traction. 126 MPH may get you 11:20, 11:30 or so with good drag radials and a decent launch. Heck, you MIGHT even hi the 10's! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I forget if you are M6 or A4.

killer MPH,nice job. Get that 60ft time down to around 1.7 and hold on,WOW.My friend runs 10.86@123 with nitrous. You have a lot of potential. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I have a M6. I did the runs with Nitto 555Rs. I dont have much skill when it comes to launching, so I just dumped the clutch at around 2200 rpms. I was suprised I could even pull a 2.0 sixty foot off. as for mods... I am running a stock displacement motor with 9:1 compression forged pistons, comp cams 224/228 561 561 114lsa cam, stock heads, grottyohann headers, 3 inch X pipe, ford 9" with 3.70 gears, and custom tuning. I was running 10 psi at the track. Ive only dynoed with 6psi and got 482hp and 446ft lbs. Im not exactly sure where I sit as of now.

Run 101 octane and dump the clutch at 5 grand and hold on. You have the rear end to handle it.

Very impressive! I wish I could run 10 psi! Wow nice power #s. Funny, my car only showed 6-7psi when I dynoed similar #s. Thunder cam(221/224 dur 561/561 lift 112 lsa), my vortech is the 9psi kit but I guess with the valve overlap, we lose some boost on the guage.

I seem to ask everyone this, are you running 92 octane with the 10 psi? Well you do have 9:1 compression. Awesome times and trap speed regardless! Hows the 6 speed holding up? Im hesitant to add any more power as I dont know the threshold of the T56 and I dont really want to find out.

Those dyno numbers were with 6psi... not 10. I am running 91 octane.
