Anyone using the BBK 80mm TB for FI?
Think there is any merit to it vs. a stock ported TB?

Good question.. I guess since the air is being crammed in anyway.. The less restriction the better..

 

from others personal evaluation the BBK TB is more like a 75, because the lip on the other side of the blade gets narrow, so its a waste pretty much.

 

How much power did we make with Harlan's car and a stock TB again? ...save your money.

 

This questions has been asked B4. The best solution as far as HP to cost is just to use your stock ported TB.

Thx, </strong></font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I run a 80mm BBK and match ported it to the intake and adapter plate...when you do this you lose the rubber seal under the tbi...also someone is misinformed as it measures 80mm all the way down:
