I'm not trying to start anything or make anyone mad, but this is a section that I copied from his website: All items are currently in stock, and should ship within 4 business days. That's o.k. if it takes him a while to make them. I've heard good things about them as well. Its just that I have no clue what is going on with my order, and I don't even know if he got my money. I like to have the peace of mind that I am at least going to get it sometime ya know? I guess, in my opinion, that if it takes him a month to make them and send them out, then he shouldn't put that on his website. I'm not trying to **** you off, Harlan, I just want to touch base so that I know what's going on.

Sorry about that guys. I was on a business trip from Feb 24 until Mar 7. It was only suppose to be a week long, but got extended. I've been filling in the back log on orders this past weekend. I wasn't expecting to be gone so long.

if it's an order from around the time i left, it is the first go to out this week. Like some this morning, and tomorrow.

I had very limited internet access while i was gone <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> So i couldn't even email

I put my order in Monday Feb, 24th. My check arrived at the latest friday the 30th. Any word as to when mine will ship out. The 11th you posted that some where going out from the orders around the time you left. I'm assuming I'm included in this list. Any response to the emails I sent would help. Thanks

Anthony

turk01SS: I ordered mine on Feb. 19 and paid with Paypal. Yes, they were supposedly going out on or around the 11th, however I have not received anything yet. So, I would not get my hopes up.

Shawn, i sent you mail.

And guys, the forum is not the place to get incontact with me. I'm on here very seldom as of late, that includes email right now too.

For information, I was gone on a business trip that got extended to a full two weeks. I returned at the end of the first week of this month 3/7. I basically came back to a backup on orders in the 60+ range, and 2 weeks worth of crap to catch up on at work. Not to mention the 100+ emails i'm still sorting through.

I'm about on top of things, and should have orders through the 15th of this month shipped out in the morning.

I'm trying to get to email as well, but time spent sorting emails takes time from assembly, packaging, etc.

It can take me a few days to get back to you on email, right now it's alot longer.

I'm sorry for the delays, and hold tight. I haven't run off <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

thanks

00UNTAMED has a good point. Harlan does make a good shiftlight, however, HIS SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! Where it says on his website, "all products are in stock and usually ship within 4 business days" is nothing but a bunch of bullshit. He says he's busy and all this, if that's the case he needs to change his website to say: "most products don't ship for at least a month, maybe two months." Then he wouldn't be "false advertising." He makes a good shiftlight, but I would never buy ANYTHING from him again, because his service sucks and the only way to get in touch with him is on this freaking board!!! I think that he needs to learn how to run a business or get rid of it. Just my opinions.

Yes, i get backed up.

Yes, i was traveling for work last month and got slammed when i got back.

Normally things do go out in a timely manner, but i can not control when things change at work in the middle of a trip.

The items in question for ANIL8U are returned pieces, that are well beyond any limited warranty. Technically i don't have to do anything about them, but i didn't question it.

The board is not the only way to get ahold of me, I do answer email. It can take days at times. and for those that say it only takes a few minutes, I spent 6 hours yesterday sorting and replying to emails.

take it as you will
