I don't see 9's being an issue this year, some "stuff" is in the works right now

As for the "stuff", for right now it's basically weight reduction and removal of some non-essential items But there are other major things going in the background. But w/ the North vs South shoutout only 2 months away, i'm not tearing into it until after that. 5 months from N vs S to the Thunder Shootout will give me the time i need

Y2KHAWK How many times has 6sp been fixed if any. Also what clutch do you use,and how many have you smoked with all that powa.

I'd like to know too!
No beef-up at all.
I've had a handful of clutches.
1 - centerforce
2 - RAM 402/6130, stock flywheel
Those were at the 580 RWHP level, RAM never slipped but lasted about 12K miles each. Centerforce slipped when hot lapped.
current setup is a RAM steel flywheel, RAM 402 pressure plate, and a Mcleod Rev-loc II steel disc. I was going to go with the RAM steel disc, by Mike at RAM suggested i go w/ the Mcleod because it has a sprung hub. His colleages feared i might break the RAM solid hub disc, as it's intended to be used w/ a long-style pressure plate. It's meant to slip a little, then lock up as RPM increases. With a high clamp force diaphram like the 402, that wouldn't happen.
