Default 3.3 Whipple

Has anyone actually run one ot these on a LS1 motor?I just bought one with the intension of adapting it to my intercooled Radix intake manifold.The whipple is rated at 1567cfm,30lbs max boost and can rev to 14000rpm so it should easily feed my 402.I'm planning to machine a 2" thick adaptor from aluminum stock and pipe my bypass into it.I'm already running HPtuners 2bar SD tuning and 57lb injectors.I'm planning to run 14lbs of boost with methanol injection,my TEA heads are o-ringed and I'm running ARP studs,does that sound like to much boost?Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

What hood are you going to run? The 3.3L blower is a monster.
I doubt it'll fit under a stock hood. Will it even clear the cowl?

With it going in a tahoe, I'd bet it will clear the hood and cowl.

A 2" adaptor plate will make it awfully close to the hood. Have you measured for room Whitt?

I'm building the adaptor after the supercharger arrives,but it looks like a 2" adaptor will clear the hood and cowl,if not I can change the thickness of the adaptor and slightly reposition the supercharger if needed,then order the proper length drive snout.

I think you're blazing a new trail here. I've never heard of anyone running
this blower on a LSx motor.
