Question Supercharger...Should I go with 2.5" or 3" TD's?

I have been second guessing so I need some convincing one way or the other...My Procharger and mods that will be goin in next week are in my sig...

If the 2.5" will be able to hold close to 500HP then I will be fine with that but If Im way better off with the 3" then that is the route I will take..

I plan on using the Flo Pro Twisters just for some extra information....Need help ASAP....TIA

If anyone has any reviews on the Flo Pro Twisters I would also be glad to hear any comments about them...I have just been told that they will help create velocity through them creating a quicker exit through the exhaust system and with the charger in place this would help create some power because of the flow increase...

Also that they should take out most of the rasp and drone and keep the duals somewhat quieter than most...just the information I recieved...

i had 3" duals with the twisters on my car. i recommend them. they sound awesome. not too loud at cruise, but they roar when you jump on it. they only lost 4rwhp to my open headers. and that was running 3" duals clear out the back.

mine was lowered 1". no problems.

You dont happen to have any pics of that setup do you...I think I may be on my way to some 3" TD's

Did you go both on the same side or 1 pipe per side out the back

1 muffler per side. i had my mufflers mounted directly behind the magnaflow exhaust tips. theres a nice little area where the mufflers can be tucked up in to right behind the tips. i had my 3" duals go under the axle. if you go this route, make sure you space the piping far enough away from the axle tubes. i think mine hit the axle tubes a little when i would shift hard and that would cause knock retard.

i had pacesetter headers along with TSP 3" duals which comes with a X pipe. all they have to do is install the TSP duals, and they will end in front of the rearend, then get someone to hold the mufflers in the area where you want them to stay at, and the guy doing the exhaust should be able to see the angle he will need to have when connecting the TSP X pipe to the mufflers.
