402 + S88 = Muhahahaaaa
Heard last night from a little birdy that Borg Warner just dynoed a 402 with a Carbed manifold and a set of AFR heads. It made 1491 FWHP and 1297 FWTQ at 26 pounds of boost. Again, these numbers are at the flywheel and the motor made peak HP at 6500 RPM.
Also heard the turbo had room to go and that there is more testing going on with these CRAZY turbos Jose...oops...I mean this little birdy is making
Maybe my friend will chime in and give us more info

Andy, nothing to crazy about the motor. Stenod, W2W and others are making big power with similar setups. LS1 crowd is just gun shy. If the 2JZ's can make 1400rwhp, LS1's should be able to match it....hehe.
The turbo uses an 88mm wheel, with monster shaft (designed for MUCHO abuse/boost). The turbine is the newer TM1 wheel. Its bigger then a GT47 turbine, but smaller then a GT55 turbine and flows like crazy. The trim on the wheel is a nice 86. The turbo itself is a mid-frame. This is the same turbo we use on our bottom turbo for our compound diesels making 100+psi.
