I have to agree, that thing is orgasmic!!!

That's one serious cage! Any idea how much pipe (in weight) you've added to the car? Bet that baby doesn't twist!

Congrats once again to Dave and W2W! Man, that's looking sweet... loving the color too.

The valve covers will be C5R with the W2W logo engraved into them.

We plan on putting the sail panels, a-pillar panels, and head liner in. There will be an aftermarket dash and dash top.

Yes, Halon. Pin is removed before the run. Gives the driver an extra 10 seconds to escape in the event of fire.

Never heard of it before, but I just did some research. Say's it's ozone depeleting. Is it still legal or is this an alternative form of it?

I know we use it on our ships in the main spaces..... works very well even with Jet fuel.

Fire suppresion systems or Halon systems are common in many classes and are required for proper certification.

Fire Bottle my brand of choice sprays a clear Halon to not obscure vision and is available in a few grades

99% halon 1211 which has been tested and used by most Formula one teams

Halon 1301

Or Dupont FE-36

A little bit of money for something you hope to never use but good saftey measure none the less.

IT companies now use Inergen (sp?). Its better or cheaper or maybe not so non-PC and environemtally damaging. Both remove oxygen with extreme predjudice so its not "safe" to sit in the car with a bunch of Halon around you and no venillation...but its probably better than being burned to death.
