I finally figured out my combo-what do you think?
Well after lots of questions asked and many night reading over threads I think I finally have a combo that should work well on my stock bottom end( 02 Z06). The goal was to be safe and reliable and to get at least a season out of it before I build a forged shortblock.
Heres my list of mods:
1) A&A P1SC kit 4.25 pulley 8lbs of boost
2) 60lb injectors, LPE fuel pump
3) 317 heads, Patriot Duals,new valve job, decked to 69.5CC ( 9.85CC from 10.5)
4) Futral F7 cam, Comp hardened pushrods
5) Dynojet wideband commander
6) Autometer sport comp electric boost guage with peak and warning lite
7) fuel pressure guage?-Is it needed with the wideband guage?
The car already has a GMPP timing chain, Stainless Works headers factory Z06 cats, GHL exhaust and Borla X-pipe, DTE brace and hardened long and short shaft, Ram Power Grip HD with billet flywheel. I have both LS1edit and HPtuners( I/O 1 bar enhanced) to tune.
My goal is to make 550-575 at no more than 8lbs on 94 octane. I think it should be pretty straight forward and I think i have everyhting covered. I'm not sure if I need a fuel pressure guage since I have the Dynojet Wideband guage in the pillar and you can program the warning lite with it. Let me know what you guys think or if I have missed something?
Thanks!

I dont think your going to be close to maxing out your fuel system, so theres not really a reason at this time. the single Walbro 255 setup has seen 700hp on a vette and the motrons go into the 650 range without being maxed out. Even though your prob not going to max out your fuel system this year, its something that you will prob need if you decide to go bigger so the choice is up to you.
btw im no mechanic, and i dont have a fast car, yet.

I'll stick with the P1SC for now since it's going on my stock bottom end. There is a guy over at the CF forum that just made 700RWHP with a P1SC on a 346 with a AFR 205 heads and a 224/228 cam. I have to kind of stick to the limits of the factory fuel system too. I think about 700 rwhp is the max then you have to swap out to the 97-98 return type systme which I don't want to do. This is just to get me by until i can afford the new Z06.
