Steve Turley goes 8.38 @ 171 on DR's Got a call on the "bat" phone this afternoon stating that Steve Turley has broken the current stock suspended, 4th gen f-body, Drag Radial record with that pass during Test & Tune in Bradenton, FL.
Someone jump in if you don't think that's the record, but from what i understand the previous record was 8.52.
I'm getting on a plane early AM to join up with the Ohio Boys and watch some badass racing. If there is an internet connection at our hotel I will keep any other note worthy info up, if not maybe some locals can post things up. Otherwise you'll have to wait!

just subscribing. those guys are awesome. now this isnt the ce car right? i thought there were all kinds of rules to that "street" car showdown. i thought you had to run pump gas but i could be wrong. either way those guys rock. 7s are in the bag for them this year

Rick Head went 7.66 in a stock suspended third gen on radials. 8.38 is getting it. Is Wade Hopkins there?

Ls1 or lt1 car? when PSJ said black formula I remember a big T88 or something lt1 formy, is that the one? If it's an ls1 i wont believe it till its on the boosted list

Wolfe has actually gone 7.56 @ 191 mph today.
That is a new Drag Radial Record. Running on the 315's.
It is same Black Mustang on our front page that we run Limited Street and True Ten 5 races with here in Texas, been 4.84 in the 1/8. It has all of our Stock Suspension components on it.
