Awesome #'s Mike and Bob... Can't wait to see the final figures with the "tweeked" final set up at 6,200rpms...

Hope to be a fellow ATI guy very soon! Bob I'll be waiting to hear back from you soon. If anyone is ever interested in an ATI set up Bob at EPP is the only way to go!!

Bob is very knowledgable about the set ups and will spend the time with you needed to make your dream project become a reality...

Thumbs up 717 RWHP and 717 Ft lbs of torque at only 5300 rpm!

717 RWHP and 717 Ft lbs of torque at only 5300 rpm! We have the new 4.00" 4 ply elbow installed, in place of the plastic air inlet ATI part. We do not yet have the new 18" long K&N air filter that we ordered, and are still using the one we had on Mike's car. As a result of the smaller (but still larger than what came with the ATI kit) air filter, the 4.00" elbow sucked itself shut, which killed off our dyno's wide band 02 sensor when the engine went fat...
The larger air filters left K&N today, so we will have them this next week. With a new 02 sensor on the dyno by then, we'll see how much more power is left with the mild Lingenfelter GT2-3 camshaft and the D-1SC ProCharger.

I am really leaning towards getting a turbo set up but the ease and how this kit is so clean and basic makes me want to lean more this however, i think the loud whine would get to me after awhile and get annoying so i want to see exactly how loud it is and the sound it has. Thanks

Go to Ls1techvideos and search for "small cruise". The title of the video is small cruise in a 9second T/A or something like that. The car is KP's. It ran a 9.7x at 147.xx I believe. You will see how tame a 9 second s/c car with a somewhat mild cam is on the street. Also, if you search for "d1sc" on ls1techvideos, most of those videos are KP's black T/A as well. The whine is noticable more at idle moreso that anything else.

Thanks! I hope to get a set of the Kooks stepped headers and GMMG exhaust soon. I can't stand the rasp it makes right now.
