As long as you roll into the gas and don't punch it or do the ole' banging the throttle off of the 2-step deal, the rear will last a good while. I have pushed 500+ RWHP through my 10 bolt for >11,000 miles w/out issues.

Does it even need a dump, or can it just go to atmosphere?

very nice setup. Just curious how you made all of that room where your turbo is?

There is tons of room right there, just move the fans and you can place a good sized turbo there.

well you can set the rad up about 3 inches with out doing any mods at all, besides fabbing up new brackets. and i cant believe you guys dont like my flex pipe. all it does is just route the waste where i want it to go. it really doesnt look that bad. yes levi its coming off of the wg, just a directinoal thing. if they made those things out of stainless think how easy it would be to fab up a kit, lol. but its good to hear what people say. yes this is the truck manifold kit and its just a 3 inch down pipe. and the cutout may be a 3.5 im not too sure. any body want to guess numbers and 1/4 mile times? be fun to see who is the closest

The fan should only have two wires, power and ground. Most likely they're interchangeable. If both fans have the same two wire colors, hook the two same colored ones to power, the other two colors to ground. You should have a switch inline of the two going to power so that they're not on 24/7.

You could also take the + from one fan and run it to your power, the - from that fan could be connected to the + of your other fan, the - of that fan could then go to ground. Put a switch inline of the wire going to the power source.

If one craps out, you would lose both fans. Wire them in parallel.

I also think you'd wind up having 12 volts split between the two fans instead of sending a full 12-volts to each fan.

i thought you could wire them into your stock harness and that way you can controll when they came on. i thought you wired them in a series i order to make it work that way. and yes the fan just has 2 wires. i really didnt want another switch to worry about.
