my only concern now is whether a 3.5 or 4" downpipe will fit around the ac and the crossover pipe.

Shoot, I'll drive there and do it for $5999 if you buy the parts....maybe less.

someone do it for $6000 including parts, labor, installation and tuning and we may have a deal. The turbo, bov, wastegate, and controller will only cost $2500 at best. that leaves $3500 for intercooler, piping, and someone's hard work and time.

I have set a seperate budget for fuelling and tanny work. I already have a set of truck exhaust manifolds, obviously, so couldn't we start the project with them?
