Corvette Forced Induction kits?

Corvette Forced Induction kits? I am trying to get an idea of the pricing and performance of several supercharger or turbo kits out on the market today for the C6 LS2. I want to make my C6 (im a nwb) to about 700-800whp. What kit will be right for me? And should I go supercharged or turbo? Any specific tuning applications out there for the C6 that can work with the forced induction to create 700-800whp? Thanks alot..links are greatly appreciated.

I'm not a expert with the ls2 but 700-800 rwhp is a tall order for any stock bottom end. For that kind of power you will need at least forged rods and pistions, the crank can handle alot of abuse. You'll also need a blower cam and some low compression ported heads.For a blower you would want a full exhaust 1 7/8 headers and a free flowing exhaust the rest of the way back. Also a differant intake setup The fast 90/90 combo would be good for that app. Fuel system, bigger injectors porobly somthing #60 or bigger, and bigger fuel pump. Cost: every thing in my sig minus a few little items cost about 14k, and I'm not quite done.I've done every thing my self so if you are paying some one else to do it get your wallet out.

Also I forgot to mention a new clutch if it a m6 and some upgraded trans parts. If a auto a stall and probly some trany upgrades. Hardened push rods, double roller timing chain, and a ported oil pump. Last a verry good DYNO TUNE.

PTS makes a kit for the C5. I think the only reputable place that "makes a kit" for the C6 is Lingenfelter....plus they require it's installed there. I'm sure any vendor here would be happy to custom build you a kit. Either way, it will be a premium price.

With the goals you have in mind a forged motor with some blower friendly heads and a blower setup should get you there. Not sure who is making them for your C6, however in my C5 with a 346 I am in the mid 700's so you should be able to hit 800 if the blower kit is out there

You can reach 600 rwhp with the new intercooled Procharger kit, longtube headers, larger injectors, and custom tuning. Beyond that, you probably will need a forged shortblock to keep her in one piece.
