Default Which to go with a 414 and a turbo or?

Reason I ask is the fact that I have an extra 4 inch stroke Scats cranking lying around and would like to put it to good use with some forced induction? what do you guys think? 414 with a 6.0 Iron block or buy a C5R block? I wonder when the Worlds Products block is coming out?

Any ideas would be great because next week I will be putting my MTI 422 in my fathers 1957 vette along with his new SRIII Motorsports frame.

Go turbo.....that thing will make a ton of power with a good unit and be very streetable with a small cam.

I was thinking the same thing, but which block should I go with? I was think the 6.0 iron block for now and then when the WP comes out I would step it up? What do think?

The Iron block will take you as far as you want to go.

Hey did you ever fix that equation that you have as an example on a turbo cam. I remember that it was incorrect?

How far do think the iron block can go? What's most that anyone has powered out of one?

Hey bro what size of turbo would you recommend? Do you have any internals that you would recommend? Now I'm speaking to Jose right? Didn't you come out with some different pitch compressor or turbine wheels?

Not sure about the equation, the site has been backed up and the old site was put back up due to our hosting company having problems.

As for the block, well 1500hp can be done and even more with good tuning. As for turbo, well that depends on how much power you want and spool time as well.

It's not the equation it was the give final answer was off it hadn't been divided by 2 yet.

Power the more the marry, with my last set up I made 505 RWHP/517 RWTQ with my MTI 422 and I had a two stage nitrious system on it for 300 a piece but I never used it. The motor got damaged before I ever got to use it by a trucking company. So I decided to de-stock that motor and throw it into the car that I am doing for my father. Anyways, I'd like to make close to a 1000 on race tune and 800-900 on weekand cruise around tune.

I would go with an S88 for that power level and still keep it responsive and somewhat compact.

OK, so I should go with a single turbo set up and not a dual?

Is that for simplicity sake? Or would that just all around work better?

It is more simple indeed since you have only 1 of everything instead of two. As for which one works better, well they are the same in operation.
