Default Procharged guys, what exact plug are you running...

My new forged stock cubed 347 shortblock will be seeing between 12 to 15 lbs of boost max, and is driven as a street car primarily. What exact NGK plug should i be running, and if anyone can give me the plug number that they are using on their D1SC or P1SC ATI application, that is street driven mostly and is seeing higher boost on a forged motor, that would really be appreciated!


I called NGK tech but wanted to see what is working great for you guys in the real world as you know some of these tech guys can be real TOOLS!

Honestly I would try the TR-6's. They should be in the correct heat range for what your doing...Maybe some other FI guys will chime in with their suggestions...

NGK TR6 .035 gap
Ran that on the old stock motor at 10psi
Plan to keep running the same setup on this new motor even with upwards of 15psi.

I have you exact setup...D1SC, 13-14 psi depending on the day, and a forged stock cubed short block. been runnin TR6's since i had the stock motor and havent had a problem.

Autolite 104s at .035" gap. Been running them for years now without issues (actually selected them from info I found here years ago when I asked around).

Plus, $1.09/each and available at Wal-Mart for those late-night needs
