Default Procharger w/ 85mm MAF

For those of you running a Procharger setup with their duel IC plenum and either 85mm MAF (Z06 or SLP), where did you get your coupler from the IC plenum to the MAF? I'm using my stock piece right now, but it's convoluted and I'd like something along the lines of what came with the kit (the neoprene coupler since it's smooth and not ribbed).

Can someone point me in the right direction where to get this piece, how much, and a PN# if there's one? Thanks.

Hi,

I have the ATI Procharger on my 2001 vette and I ordered my silicone hoses (kind of expensive-but can handle heat, oil, etc) from Vertex--www.vertexnow.com--select automotive, then "online store", then "silicone", then "reducers". Page 2 has a 3" to 3 1/2" reducer. (I bought the red one)

I have included the link, but just in case it doesn't work, do what I explained above.

Take care.

Their website isn't working at the store level, but hopefully it comes up soon.

Thanks for the info. At idle, I kick the throttle up and can watch my stock coupler blow up like a balloon. I only wonder what a 12psi WOT does to it

I just tried the link and it came right up, so it must be working now. I was also going to mention that I had problems with the cheap "worm-gear" style clamps and I upgraded to stainless steel T-bolt spring clamps--about $3-$5 each depending on size, but they don't loosen up. I think these are what are used on factory trucks with heavy duty Turbos. Just a thought. Good luck.

Hi,

I just pasted in the link again and it comes right up. But their ph # is (302) 472-0601. The Part Number is SRED-300350T4-3-RD for $22.47 plus shipping. Hope this helps.

Their site link wont work for me, but I was able to view their store through their Ebay link. I dunno.

They claim they can't help me with the 3.25" x 3.75" reducer (the actual sizes I need), but say they can get me a custom length 3" x 3.5" reducer. I hope it's enough diameter to fit these things together, else I'm just chasing my tail

So get this, NO ONE makes a reducer 4.25" long. Everyone orders from the same manufacturer, which only supplies 3" long ones. Of course I ask them for their manufacturers contact info to order a custom piece directly from them (after all, these 3" pieces have to be cut from a bigger piece, right?), and they refuse to give me the contact info.

This is such bullshit.
