I would just beat some new studs in it and sell it. put a nice shiny new 9" in there with 35 spline axles and a spool and be done with it Way more gear choices and easier to swap gears..

BTW I have gone 8s in a 3500lb car with 7/16 wheel studs - ripped the axle tubes out of the housing (stock 12 bolt housing) before the studs broke. Like I said, torque wrench and check them often

Only one way to find out..... It is rated at 1575hp........not like thgat really means much

Ill be pulling the axles tomorrow..... this really has me thinking.... i know i need to learn how to really control the car as it sits now but why take the cover off later..... should i do the gears now..... thats what im thinking to myself...... plus it will be even more stret friendly even with no overdrive.

Just wait until the cooler weather comes, it will probably go close to 160 on the same boost or only a few lbs more.

FWIW...I lost over 6 mph at the same boost but the DA was different by 3500. IATS were up like 50 degrees. The ET was close but that was more due to the track than anything else.

Hot weather sucks thats for sure, thats where those A2W things and ice come in handy but nothing can beat a 45 degree sunny day with 20% humidity and a 30.4 barometer

that last run looked like you were getting quite a bit of spin, was that intentional?

Talking

This is exactly close what I want to do with my car.Around what ballpark of $ would you think it would cost to do the same to my car.Or would it be better to contact you on the phone and talk about it.I'm hoping for 800-1000 hp and 8's in the quarters.

To replicate mt setup exactly would be alot more then what we spent......
Stenod gave me a HUGE break.....
if you have nothing now.....
figure about $10K for the turbo kit
about $8k in drivetrain
another $10K in the motor
plus suspension and fuel and tuning....
With labor and misc little stuff your prob looking at $40K to duplicate it......
and thats doing alot of it your self.

Your best bet is to call Stenod and ask him.

Kyle
