Been being lay-z and broke but decided to get off my *** and slap a couple things together...

Now i didn't cut the bumper support because i didn't have anything handy to cut it with. I will go back later and do it, but this will be fine for now.

mounting brackets i made for the intercooler

oil drain. that was a PITA... here it is, hadn't cleaned it all up yet

a couple of fans in front of the griffin

lil over view

Anyone have any tips on that gay *** stainless line crap? I have never used it before and the fittings are kinda pain in the *** to get on the line.

Just an observation but watch out for that oil drain placement!! It needs to be above the oil line inside the pan! You may have done it right but I didnt see anything on it just scanning through so just a thought!!

well man.. lol.. you tell me when the hell the oil level is that high in the pan... think about it... there is only so many quarts in the entire works, on top of what the filter holds, and what is in the motor while it is actually running. So most ANY oil that is ever in the pan is at the sump.. not the front ;]... plus the picture makes it look low as hell

But i'm sure you know that.. you have a helluva setup yourself by the sounds of it

If it wasn't high enough, superchargers wouldn't come with instructions telling people to put the drain at that spot.

The drain ain't what im scared of. I went over kill on it anyways (5/8"). The lil bits of metal that probably got into the pan is what im kinda nervous about.

Well fella's.. its runs... and the turbo starts to scream by 2200 rpms under load. I don't have a tune or anything as of now so I didn't go out and step on it or bring it any higher than that....

Seems to be working out so far. Turbo is getting oil, No exhaust leaks that i know of yet and no smoking. So hopefully i won't need a restrictor. Really wish i had a clear line to put on as a oil drain to make sure all is good but I guess i'm trusting god (and the fact i know oil is GETTING to the turbo).

But that is the current update... Can't wait now. The turbo comin in is orgasmic!!
