Congrats on the numbers!
Any chance of getting more info. like cam specs, compression ratio and converter size? How high are you turning it?
Just wondering because my 408 w/F1 only went 750 on 93 octane and 12-15 lbs of boost through a T56.

It was moved there last night and now I get on here today and its back here. Weird.
Whats to bash? Has anyone made more power with a D1SC/408 on pump gas? I know some guys have gotten close with smaller motors pushing the D1SC harder.
I'll check the graph to see where it pulled to. I'd have to ask Dan for cam specs, they are closed today.
I asked Dan what he thought an F1 would add power-wise, he thought it really wouldn't make a huge difference. I thought it might be a prospective upgrade but I think I'll just spray it if I need more power. I'll probably only do that for a big dyno number, just to have it.
And everyone said a D1 couldn't feed a 408........

I thought it would get more attention this way, it seems (sadly) I keep seeing all these companies ripping people off lately and wanted to make a positive thread about a sponsor for once. Even if they didn't deliver what I asked for
Me and my buddy even got free shirts, I may have the most expensive T shirt collection in the world!
Thanks for the compliments too guys, and I just want to say you're a cool guy Bob, most sponsors wouldn't praise another companies work, most of the time they just bash because they didn't get the job. You guys have a good rep. too, I think theres plenty of work out there for everyone w/o putting others down.

Yes sir, Mark is the owner and he's the man! I know there are several good tranny guys out there (I made mention of FLT for one, which is who I'd use besides Bowler or if he's closer to you), but Mark has attention to detail and customer service that is second to none. Mark has actually driven hours to pick up my car to save me time bringing it to him! One time on my GN my TV cable needed an adjustment, so I called him for an opinion and he offered to drive 3 hours to do it for me! He has done 2 trannies for me, both run perfect and hassle free. He does the trannies for Overhaulin' and several reknown shops we've all heard of. His own personal cars have been in magazines and on TV shows.
When he did the tranny on my camaro he brought the car back to my town for me, 2 hours away. He's just that kind of guy. I have referred friends and they are happy as well. I imagine some people are alarmed when they first meet him, as he is my age I think (28), but this guy is a ******* magician when it comes to trannies.
