guys will 3100 cfm of air from the fan cool the car fine hey guys since i need to relocate the fans for the front mount i wanna to ask if 3100 cfm coming from a 14" and a 12" fan be enough to keep the car cool?

Delete the AC and attach them to the front of the radiator, and I bet you'll be just fine.
Attempt to push air through the AC condenser... and you might have problems.

well install my fans today,ebay 14" puller and 12"pusher.so far been driving for like an hour and no problems.but im not in bumper to bumper traffic and its not that hot lately down south
