Youre not going to lean on a tr6 without serious risks of the motor. If you dont think thats the case, you're foolish.

I have a race against a 06 ford mustang. He blew it up the last time out running 10.70's with a novi 2000 and spray. He has talked alot of **** to me and when he saw my car make the first pass he didnt say a word. So he knows his forged setup better be stout to **** with this LS6 BTW his screen name here is 8URLS1

I just went by what you said that you leaned it out an advanced the timing. I'm not making a big issue, I just simple like to see a few more pulls either way - nothing more, nothing less.

Awhh it wasn't that hard for me the first time of course this time might be different LOL! I knew your car was going to run good numbers though, can't beat an auto for posting good consistent et's. Even with the heavy weight it wasn't going to hurt considering the power your car makes.

Congrats man!

There's just no way a Vortech car can be running so good!

hey i think my tr6's are gapped at .035 is that too much and will that prevent me from making power up top?

i think i'm running way too lean on w.o.t my plugs are white.

I ran mine @ .32 when they were in. But the car seems to like the NGK 8's. Becareful with a lean car on a stock bottom end. You know what happens. What you need is a wideband in the car. To make sure your tune is ok. If I can get this T trim into the 9's Ill be one happy camper and Ill buy myself a C5 Z06 next month

Sure thing. Our cars aren't setup for drag racing. We both like the twisties. But its still fun to go and light the tires up for half the track and just to hang out.. I need to buy some drag radials or some MT ET streets one of these days just to see what both cars really will do if they hooked up.. My best time before with the stock bottom end was on my 19" street tires, 11.4 at 130mph and a 2.4 60ft.. . Didn't hook up till 1/2 track Alot of fun though.

My thread has turned into SPARK PLUG wars. I did not intend for this to happen. Just sharing info for others to try. I made 650 rwhp with tr6's and my buddie made 700 with them. I have nothing against these plugs. They are great.
