Default where to cut for large frame turbo?

where to cut for large frame turbo? if you had the choice of either cutting the front core support and move the radiator forward, or just heavily notching the square part of the frame by the abs unit, which would you do? and how would it play into the strength of the frame?

I've more the radiator forward, you don't want everything jammed in there, I'm sure you've seen how much heat your old 88 throws off after a pass. My 47-88 gets pretty darn hot.
