What do you honestly think about my numbers?

What do you honestly think about my numbers?
I'm probably one of the few that has the non intercooled 6 PSI Vortech kit.
Stock exhaust, non professional-homemade tune (LS1Edit + AutoTap + WB).
Stock everything, just the blower.
Are my number OK for what I've done or am I missing something?
Here the dyno graph (it's written in German and has metric units, see my sig for the "real" numbers).
The hole between 3400 and 3600 RPM is because of the water/alcohol injection. Don't worry about that.
Also notice that we stopped at 5800 RPM (if it matters).
Thanks

AFR is 12.5 without alcohol injection and 12.0 with alcohol (measured on the road, the WB is fix installed before the passanger catalyst).
Alcohol kicks in at 1 PSI (5GPH, 50% ethanol, 100 PSI).
Timing is 17*. We tried up to 23* and the power didn't change.
17* is the lowest timing with the highest power, so we left it there.
No KR: 17* is the measured timing.
Coolant temperature was around 200F.
Spark plugs: Champion RS 12 PYP (platinum) gapped 1.05 mm (0.041").
Dyno is dynojet. Altitude and temp corrections should be OK: the shop only checked the power for me. I made the tune so they had no interest to show me better numbers than reality.
That was with the stock A4 tranny in 3rd and TCC unlocked.
Now I have a M6 but I never dynoed it with the manual tranny.

36 lbs flow matched Bosch injectors.
Duty cycle at 6000 rpm = 80%

looks good to me.
i would richen it up some cause when you are on the street your motor and blower will see more load and the back cylinders will need more fuel.
if you have a datalogger and or a wideband that would be great

Hmmmmm your max Leistung looks a little low but you max Drehmoment looks right about on par. I would say to check out your air to weinerschnitzle ratio to make sure its right on. Sorry man couldnt resist but your nunberrs look pretty damn good for a stock car with 5-6 psi!

Well well...
bigger injectors why if the duty cycle is 80% @ 6000 rpm?
I never go that high anyway.
I can change the AFR injecting more alcohol too.
AFR is on the streets! (I think I wrote that...)
Alcohol kicks in at 1 PSI. So most of the time the AFR is 12.
And yes (also wrote it!) it's a fix installed WB.
OK, it could be some more rich. Right.
Platinum plugs were suggested by Greg Carrol (Blowerworks). No idea if they are good or bad. After 20'000 miles they look new and the gap didn't change.
Exhaust: at the beginning I had a set of TTS LT's and a Corsa catback.
Engine tuned as now (same timing & AFR): it was only 15 HP higher
I removed them (other reasons) and went back on the dyno for curiosity (completely stock exhaust).
The wienerschnitzel - arschloch ratio is right on the vaffanculo

You seriously need to change the plugs and I'll tell you why...The platinum makes them succumb to heat easier than regular plugs and if you have FI then you are more likely to have detonation...Bad juju... I was saying if you decide to go further then step up straight to 60's...I think that you're good where you're at currently but you're so close to the 42lb injectors that it would be futile to go to them...Not critisizing one bit, just critiquing.. =)

Are you using alky injection for safety or for power? Or for both? Any reason you're using 50:50 ethanol/H20 instead of 100% methanol? The latter setup would cool your IAT's further and provide you with a higher final octane number... even though the octane rating for ethanol is higher than that of methanol, you lose that advantage by diluting with H20.
I think you'd want to swap to methanol and head back to ze dyno. I would predict that you might be able to add some more timing and see some more power; and without adding timing you should richen some from your 12.0.
Are you using some sort of throttle switch to turn on the alcohol? 'Cause I would think that you'd go through quite a bit of the stuff if it just comes on 100% every time you're above 1 psi...

If someone can convince me why I shouldnt use them, maybe I'll stop. If people say they are bad in boosted engines, maybe they should tell almost every single Japanese turbo car builder that. Becasue they all use platinum plugs from the factory.
But TR6's are a tried and tested cheapy, and they work. I think the Euro equiv of a TR6 is something like a BPR6EF.
I do agree though, that Champion are *****.
As others have said though, 12.0 or even 12.5:1 is way too lean for my liking.
11.5:1 is much safer, and wont cost any power worth worrying about.
