Glad to see these posts. I thought there was something wrond with me for taking 4 1/2 months to get mine running "decent"

STS currently at 5PSI. Had to add FMIC cause IAT's were in the 130's Then came the whole rewire that harnesses and solder everything. That was followed by modding the PCV, redoing vacuum lines, and a bunch o' other little things that compounded together made the car run like it was NA. Then the fuel system couldn't keep up at WOT ....so I fabricated a bosst referenced return system.

Currently at the point where daily driver tuning was done in July, but WOT still in-progress. Only had 5 days before leaving for a 1-year trip to the middle east. Working the tune from here....but hard to test it w/out the car!

Once back to civilization, will wrap the exhaust, throw on the 6.0 heads (currently sitting in the trunk of the car), crank the boost to 7PSI.... and finish the tune. Should be fun.

Winter sucks Waiting on new 9" (narrow 3", 40-spline, gun-drilled, 3.50) and new Strange rear brakes. Have new 325lb front springs and Locar trottle cable (will not brake this year ). 10-point, chute already on. Almost ready. Looking for mid-to-low 8's next year. Possible buy some radials.

Still look for some cheaper rear wheels - 15x10/12 with 6+B/S.

TTi Race Kit with the Innovative GT80 on a 402 LS2. It's a 9.9s 140mph street car on Sunoco 94 pump gas and 15lbs with a Stock PCM and MAF. It ran solid 10.1s on MT Drag radials last year which I'll use again this year. The only difference between the street and the track was a twist of the **** on the AFCO rear shocks and skinnies up front for track day.

I'm in the process of finishing up the 3-bar SD tune now and I've added the Alky Controls kit into the mix. I managed to get the SD tune back to 13lbs before the cold hit. The car should be back up to 17lbs of boost for the track in the spring on the SD tune.

I'd like to max out the stock TTi Race kit on the mototron 60s at the track. Then take a look at 96lbs inectors/converter box if the turbo looks like it still has something left in it. That should give me some time to see how the T4 upgrades options are going to look between the GT-K and PTE-88. Who knows, I might even put it on a dyno some day.

Well I finally got my D1SC on and then finally started to get it tuned...Got the 65lb motrons dialed in pretty well but wasn't able to do a complete tune because the WB was acting up... After that my t56 decided to go on the fritz so now I'm stuck between a $2200 rebuild/viper mainshaft upgrade or converting to a th400 with all of the goodies...I love the m6 but I want decent ET's too...

D1SC went on last winter 7psi on stock bottom end. FMIC went on in May & dropped IATs a good bit, raced it with the M6 until a few months ago, now have TH400,brake & RMVB. One night of racing on the 400 showed me 4.11s & 28" tires were just right with stick shift, too short for the auto. 3.50 gears arrived yesterday & will go in soon. Car passed MD emmissions today (woot!)

Mine is doign all good these days. just melting drivers side motor mounts Needs a solid mount, but Im down to driving it maybe twice a month, so the kit is for sale. PTS tubular headers, FMIC, etc, etc, etc... Made some good numbers and can be found in the dyno section.

I've been driving mine for a couple of months now: PTS T67 kit on forged 346. Alkycontrol kit. Very happy with full spool at 3000 rpm and over 500 rwtq between 3100 and 6100 rpm. A bit puzzled by power fluctuations up top when going to 12 psi and above that have limited power... so it's set up for 11 psi for now. Alkycontrol kit really works nicely, and much credit to Nick at Newtech for a great tune and endless hours of dealing with the car. Traction is a problem, I'm switching from Nittos to BFG's to try to make that better.

Main issues with the install:
1) Cooling. Still marginal at best once the temps get to 80+ outside. I think I'll just ditch the AC and fit some big fans.
2) Alternator relocation. Original PTK bracket didn't work, but Smokinhawk bracket with a Katech tensioner rescued the setup. It ate one of my belt ribs, but has worked perfectly with the "custom 5-rib" belt since.
3) Exhaust cross pipe under the tranny... is squashed and scraped all to hell, so I need to put a skid plate on it to protect it.
4) Fried wires, especially on the driver's side. Normal boots didn't solve the problem. So far, using zip ties to pull the wire further from the manifold and using an adhesive reflective heat tape has worked.

Ive had nothing but problems with mine from the start. Check sig for setup.
I built the motor and installed the D1 in July-Aug, Went and tuned it, made 500RWHP through the 4L60 at 8psi. ATI specd out the wrong pulley, I was trying for 14-15 psi. Got the right pully just waiting to be put on. The next week I destroyed a lifter and the cam. Got a new cam and a set of lifters, put them in and started loosing oil pressure. Obviously I had too much metal get in the bearings when the lifter broke.
Pulled the motor, turned the crank, new bearings, checked all clearances, etc.... It was running good, trying to put on a few miles before I go back to the dyno. Destroyed the built 4L60, so I put in a built TH350. Running good again, sheared the ATI crank pin and spun the balancer, destroyed the crank. That was before X-mas, I havent touched it since, Im tired of working on it.
I brought my spare crank to the machine shop to have it polished and a keyway cut. They called me today and said its ready, as soon as I get off my lazy *** Ill get it going again. And im sure Ill break something else.

I picked up cablebandit's incon kit, so looking forward to putting that on this spring. It will be going on a stock bottom end engine, TR224/224 on a 112, stock 6.0 heads. Hoping for 525 rwhp no meth, maybe 560 with meth.

If things go real well a forged 346 will be going in this fall.

Right now the car is put away; as PSJ said its winter here.
Take good care of that Incon kit.

My car is @ Strictly Performance in Van Nuys Ca getting a forged 9.8:1 forged short and they are installing my Hi-Flo STREET KILLER kit with dual intank pumps and a turbonetics TC76MPS with AEM EBC and AEM wideband gauges and tuning with HP software. Stay tuned for the numbers in about four weeks.

I'm moving slow on mine too. Hans Feustal 396, ET 245s, solid roller, GMPP intake, I fabricated my own headers and crossover. Turbo is an 88/98. Sid Neal glide with chance converter, 9". The motor should be done, but I still need gates, cooler and the desire to take a sawzall to my car..lol.

96 383 LT1 Trans Am. homemade turbo kit (T76GTS w/ 3.5" DP & 1 7/8" primarys) built T56, Moser 9" w/ strange alum. center section (3.50 gears), BMR everything, Strange drag brakes.

only been to the 1/8th mile a couple of times working out the little bugs. on pump gas, 17" ET Street Radials, and only 7.5 #'s of boost(no 2-step), managed an 8.06 @ 94 w/ a 2.1 60'. it would either bog off the line or light up first and second. i've since added 28X12.5 M/T ET Streets w/ ET fronts and a MSD digital 6. being able to boost on the line and be able to hook it, i'm hoping for mid to low 7's on pump gas. we're going to start tuning on C16 during the next warm spell. so far, everything's working alright.

Car has been down since Oct with an electrical gremlin. Basically rewired the car the last couple of months. Got the new PRC valvesprings to get rid of the beehives still waiting to go in. Still need some new tires for this season if I even get the damn thing race worthy and maybe a D1SC
