Default Coolant fill tank relocation?????????

This has to be relocated with a OFI kit and on 2005 its built in the the rad

Now where do I mount this thing? Everything I have read that there suppose to be mounted above the engine well a tube comes out of the bottom and goes to the bottom so can it be mount lower on the GTO's?????????????????

To give you a idea see the pic of what I am working with. Mine is like this but a lil round.

i do know you can't mount it low, mine is and isn't working right.

from that pic it looks like you run a hose from the bottom port to the valve so you can drain it easily. you will have to run the hose from your radiator to the top port in the overflow keeping it as high as you can. I will be putting mine in front of the radiator some where.

I don't know how true this is but I was told as long as the cap is over the head and the rad then it would be fine with that said I would have to exstend my tank neck

since i am using my stock overflow for alky, i bought a
recirculating overflow from jaz and mounted it on the pass, side
fender, where the a/c drier used to be. works perfect.

i have used a cheap o pep boys white plastic overflow in front of my passenger front tire for 2 years without problems.. always worked fine....exept when i had blown head gaskets...not the overflow's fault.

the stock ones on f body's connections are below the top of the radiator and below the engine... mine is only a few inches lower than that.
