Yeah, I believe an S88 would get you 9.7's and then some....lol. I believe the newer S88's are probably good for some 8.2-8.3's in a 3500lb car. Which is AWESOME since they are so small compared to the larger GT series which will run around the same power as well. I thought the smaller covers would effect HP alot, but apparently I was wrong and they do effect them, but not as much as I thought before. They are the most powerful units in a small compact size that I know of.

Happen to have any pics?

I called and talked to someone yesterday about them. I have seen the GT47-88 turbo and he said it was as big as a GT42.

Anyway I can get a compare pic of the S88 next to the GT47-88 so I can get a idea of size?

The S88 and GT42 are almost exactly the same size.... they bolt up the EXACT same way.....

The cover being used on your unit is a smaller cover then the new and current S-series units. The 85's+'s use 5" + intake.

No problem at all, we have many folks running them from 2.0L 4 cylinders and 3.0L 2JZ's to 400ci engines. Our S-series can be tailored to fit almost any setup depending on what you want.
