from looking @ Jerry's, I don't see where you could mount one horizontal...all you need is a smaller one with appropriate connections...to be able to mount it back in the front...which from what I understand, Joel is looking in to...I found a few that are for Subaru's that we thought may work...

95-97 subi i think.

Onfire, I hope it does too.....my wife said 10.20....I think her lack of hope is due to my small pecker...I am sure it was a letdown as well
I think it will run just a TICK faster than Mightymouse did 9.90-10.0...thats the goal anyway. David and I have pretty much the same setup...basically same turbos..raceweight and all with same tranny. I figure I should 60' better and that is where I should be able to improve on his time. Once he gets the t-brake tune/kaunch figured out, he is gonna LOVE the auto at the track!!!

no clearancing needed for the a/c stuff at all...just gotta get the right condenser from Joel....it worked at idle when coolant was cold or if you reversed the fans to DRAW air across the condenser. he will get it straightened out.

Turbo area is VERY tight....i only found one filter to fit...a small K&N filter (i think a ru-5163)....I got one thats just screen for the track also . If you get a t-4 turbo like a t-76, you have much more room. I was concerned about the tiny area/filter at first but even it will flow all the air i can use on the street. If that doesnt answer your question, post up and ill get whatever pics you need

it answers my question.. However i am tryin to develop my own kit for my car and pics would help GREATLY. Especially since this setup maintains a/c and all factory creature comforts which is A+ in my book.

eesh .. hot parts for 2295$ ill make my own =) not to say its expensive if i were a consumer but then again, i do build turbo setups =) Just for a motor that has half the cylinders. Plus, i want to make mine out of some thickwalled stainless. Only other company i seen make LS1 turbo manifolds out of the same material is Phamspeed

ohioboost.com i believe. Joel makes a good kit but if you have the means to make your own, you could do even better!! Every car/setup is a little different and you should not try to copy someone elses work but just make your own..APS keeps a/c as well as Tunas kit and so does TTI street kit...forgot about PTK as well

indeed !! However, its always wise to see what someones done before to avoid any future headaches that could've been avoided with a little research and browsing.

projectdc2: show-off!!

well, if you think about it, all you have to do is imagine that you are building the kit for two rice-rockets. anyways, that turbo is bigger than that motor. B-series honda or an H?

i build for B , H, D, and F series ( integra, prelude, civic and accords) i just ordered a GT4088R turbo, little smaller than most conventional turbos found on here, but ill be on a stock motor and im only lookin to make 550-600 at most with a decent spool time so i can still play in the twisties.

i removed abs a long time ago trying to get more braking to build boost on the footbrake.
condenser is right behind the core support but out now as Joel is working on something better. Radiator is custom that you get from Joel...i think he has someone make it...**** fits like a GLOVE!!
