They started the car last night and there were a few little fuel leaks that got fixed right away. Everything else looks good. Had to download a base tune for the 60lb injectors for it to idle. They let it idle for five minutes and everything looked good. Now they are just waiting for the new BMR K member to finish the downpipe. They were not able to install the factory radiator fans and clear the crossover so they are ordering some type of aftermarket fans for more clearance. They were able to rotate crossover to gain a few needed inches of clearance for the swaybar so now the spacers do not need to be as tall. Car should be hitting the dyno by end of next week or so. More pics coming today.

They cut the Wg dump tube and rewelded it and wraped it in heat wrap so that is dialed in.

Started car again and car wouldn't go into gear so they pumped the clutch and saw it leaking internally. Trans is coming out again and a new slave cylinder will be installed. Thought it would be smooth sailing from here on out, but something else had to come up.

Just got a prelim report it made 600 rwhp @ 6000 rpms @ only 9lbs of boost. 16 deg of timing with a safe street tune. Sounds good to me for not even pushing it.

That is the plan now. They are doing the A/C lines today and replacing the alternator since it just went out. I am stoked on the numbers she made should be able to crack 700 rwhp on pump gas with only 348 cubes. I am not sure how many 348 cars pump out 600 @ only 9 PSI????

Man I thought I had to make a lot of "adjustments" installing my fmic D1 set-up, but after seeing all you went through with your set-up I guess mine was a piece of cake. Glad to see everythings coming together and your putting down some nice power. It's amazing what we do to get our cars to go fast.

I sure will post the dyno sheet when I get it. I talked to the shop and they told me they would be glad to make any extra sets of A/C lines for people with this kit. Just PM me and I will give whoever the number or email address of the shop out here in Ca. They are mounting the drier on the passenger side next to the air filter. The only complaint they are having is there is a little smoke upon startup, but then it is gone and does not come back until the next startup? It is an oiling issue that he does not think is related to the drain location since he has used that location before without any issue and my turbo sits higher than the other cars that used that drain location? Could the turbo need to be broken in? Has anyone had a little smoke upon startup and then it went away after a little breakin period?

Oil drain is being plugged with an aluminum AN plug and retapped above oil level. Should fix the oiling problem. I find it unbelievable they have used that location before without any issues????
