I believe that they have been mis-quoting it as volt "blaster"...kp has the casper volt "booster"...the same one you have a link to in an earlier post...MM uses the same...

I used to run a volt blaster. Not sure what brand it was (not the same as we sell now) but I think it was a little over enthusiastic as I kept blowing out my headlights at WOT.
