alternator booster vs Boost a pump
Curious if anyone has used the alternator boosters in place of a boost a bump for extra fuel.
I was considering adding one to my current fuel setup (racetronix/42lb inj). Goal for car is 500-550rwhp. Do I even need the boosters? If so, is the alternator volt booster good enough? Considering it switches on at WOT like a BAP, I'd think it would be fine, and with it being $200 less...its much preferred

Does an alternator booster overvolt the entire electrical system? Assuming it does, the concept does not impress me much. I would much rather overvolt the fuel pump directly.

stock pump isnt the issue here, ive gone racetronix. But im wondering if just the racetronix is good enough for 500+rwhp in a daily driver.
Here is the casper electronics version that i'm talking about. Less than $100. Nice plug and play

I have the volt blaster, and seems to work well.

Good questoin here... Does the voltblaster make your windows go up faster? I figure if it can make your pump work harder and your lights brighter maybe the crappy window motors will work harder.

What? So our window motors could break more easily?

so im still curious if the casper is giving considerable help for fuel (particularly a racetronix car). If it does a good enough job it seems to me that theres no reason to mess with a BAP.
Anyone have a link to Volt blaster?
