But I like to debate things LOL! see ya back on the post good runs KP.

I will be doing this exact same thing in a couple weeks except on a turbo car. I am going get dyno and track times. I am going to start with a stock cam, then move to a comp grind. Those specs are going to be 230/228 .591/.588 on a 114. Then for ***** and grins I am going to try the Trex cam. Just cause I have one laying around and I loved the way that it sounded in my all motor car. I will have dyno #'s and track times for everything.....

You need compression
Believe me ,we have tested it.Bring that up to atleast 10-1 and you'll be 8's.I would actually run allittle bigger cam with a lower DCR and run comp. 10.5 to 11-1
Wish I could release our race car specs but it was unbelievable gains raising the compression.Enough for us to have the fastest F1 car in the country

I was only running the D1SC at 6K under max impeller this weekend (7.25/3.7), 146mph @ 3420lbs with that pulley combo on a 2400' DA day with an A2A is pretty good. I think I have the fastest procharged 347 LSx car in the country, that and a quarter might get me a cup of coffee
![Winky](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_wink.gif)
It will go 8s with the F1A on it on a good day as it sits right now I think, honestly I'm more concerned with keeping the head gaskets on it, not having to run C16 and not having to deal with an A2W intercooler way more then going 8s in this thing. This is just a fun car I threw together in my garage, you race car guys are serious about it - I'm not

How has the cam impacted on fuelling requirements ?
I know you say you are allowing closed loop to take control...but do you know how much fuel it has added or removed over the previous cams tune ?

What I was trying to accomplish was take away some bottom end so with the F1A I could calm the wheelstands down and get me a few more RPM on the top end, both seem to be working as planned.
Stevie, it is definately using more fuel (at high rpm), on a similar DA day it would be about -2% on the O2 correction and it was +1% or so last weekend. I had to take a lot of transient (accelerator pump) and idle fuel out because of the overlap but in its going don the track range (6200-7200) it is definately using more fuel. The numbers arent steller but its getting warm around here so 9.30s@146 and 5.90@117 1/8 mile is pretty good at 2000+ DA for this car. Got a long wait until fall and some good weather

Thank you sir for the compliment. The cam is a "STG 3" blower grind from MMS, the specs are really close to Kev's/your cam. I ran it with my D1-SC set up and decided to run it with the turbo.
233/244 .578/.602 115 are the specs.

The "after" part of that video was with a cat in DP section......that cat was recently removed
Now its pretty damn loud without it, but the cat back is coming off and it will be dumped right past the seat. The car is becoming more track and less street, no where to really enjoy it but at the track anyway

Figured I'd throw this in here just so people can hear how much louder the F1A is then the D1SC. I put the F1A on today with a 4.25 pulley to hopefully get it down around 15-17psi (had a 4" on it last time @ 20psi)so I can finally sell off the D1SC - kind of silly having two blower laying around..
But here is the car idling with the F1A, compare it to the other idling vid up top - pretty hard to hide it has a blower on it with the F1![Winky](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_wink.gif)
