From the little I know about the 3800, they tend to have cylinder sealing issues in higher HP ranges. Is that block Oringed?

Not to nitpick, but you might want to switch to heim joints spawning from one axis to help deal with the contraction/expansion over time that is usually the killer of I.R. designs.

its not a quick spooling turbo on a 3.8, as in low end I mean. It really comes alive at 3500-4000. We sized it for ultimate power goal, not for street spool, pat's engine is built for mroe RPM so that we can extend the power curve a little longer. We are using the supra mentality here I'll send you soem scans this weekend

Correct...our S66X would be the wide choice. We have been selling them quite a bit to the 6 cyl guys. Unit will support around 800-850 crank hp.
