Pictures of one of my side projects... ST74 3.8L
This car belongs to Linxs on the board. I just finished fabbing all of the hot parts plus the IC piping, still need a DP before it goes to coating. Should turn out very nice.
We maxxed out his last kit with a MP T70 at 500 rwhp, at about 20 psi of boost, when we raised the boost, teh turbo promptly self distructed, so we just built a whole new setup with one of, if not the first ST74 Jose built, with th race compressor cover, 0.8 A/R turbine. This thing is a monster, we will push the motor to its limits. Its fully built so it should be fun

L67 and L36 short blocks can handle some serious power bone stock. My friend Ken (owner of Easy Performance) had the first 10 sec front drive GP in the country a few years ago. Easy performance works very closely with ZZPerformance. (ZZP maybe a more familiar name for you 3.8 guys) At the time Ken's short block was bone stock except for a cam. He was a little over 500 fwh. This was with an L67 short block heavily worked over L36 heads and intake and with CSC mounted Novi 2000.
That looks like it will be a sweet set up. I can't wait to see some dyno numbers or track times.

interesting. I started on my own 3.8 build with an MP70. I was dumb and got 30lb SVO and completely forgot that those motors are short 2 injectors
So Im going with racetronix and 42lb inj with aero FPR. Built a FMIC to fit with grill removed.
Completely stock car otherwise, what kind of power will this thing put down? 350ish is the goal, but more is always welcome
Keep us updated on that ST

This is the 3rd kit Tiago has built for my car. Each time they turn out better and better. The last kit put down this... (we killed it early because fuel pressure was dropping. The engine is built to go to 7000 RPMs. I have since put in a second walbro to handle the fuel demand)
