With that said if I go ahead and order the SX88 and when issues are worked out and testing done can I send it back in to get the upgrade???

Yes we will more then likely offer a upgrade program.

900 to 1000 HP is what the new goal is. I guess because of the displacement, I should go with the S80. Should I go 1.1 or 1.3 A/R on the turbine housing? Will I have a problem spooling it? Will it be lazy below 4000 RPM? I wanna still be able to drive it on the street. This is going into a 91 Camaro RS and a T56 will be behind it.

An S80 will spool very nicely on a Dart block engine with those specs. I think you will have NO problem getting it spooled and making big power. I would suggest the 1.3 dual volute.

Dual Volute? As in divided housing or does it actually have a dual volute? Do you have a pic of this dual volute?
